This project is a partnership between the University of Rochester, the Legal Aid Society of Rochester and the Rochester City Court of Rochester, NY. It provides data and analysis of Landlord-Tenant Cases heard in Rochester City Court during the 2017 calendar year to better understand landlord-tenant issues and the eviction process in Rochester, NY. All data collection and analysis was conducted by students in “Innovation in Public Service,” a course offered at the University of Rochester in the Fall Semester of 2018.
